Dr.Johnson opened her private practice in 1988, and has helped hundreds of couples, families, adults, and teens discover their strengths, overcome hurt and heartache, identify and pursue their dreams, and take their relationships to higher levels of satisfaction and partnership.
As a member of the National Speakers Association, she established a reputation, in the US and abroad, on the subjects of: Stress Management, Coping Skills, Child/Adult ADHD, Grief and Bereavement, Coping with Infertility, Positive Parenting, Midlife Issues, and Anger Management. She can be heard through her weekly radio show Saturday mornings on WLAQ in Rome, Georgia.
Through McKeever's First Ride, she was involved in Equine therapy, which benefits children and adults with traumatic brain injuries, PTSD, ADHD, autism, MS, CP, chronic disorders and various medical complications.
